The hotel's Encumeada offers the flavors of traditional cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere, surrounded by fresh air and laurel forest with a panoramic view over the valley of Ribeira Brava. In our three rooms, with capacity for 300, 200 and 100 people, have a variety of dishes typical of mountainous areas, such as lamb and roast suckling pig, not missing the regional kebab and the house specialty: rabbit Encumeada. The accompaniments are also mixed, with the most sought roasted sweet potatoes, the "resembles" (potato) with skin, fried potatoes, rice and salads. And as the wine does not lack fine cuisine Portuguese can choose from our extensive wine list, one that most appeals to your taste and then see our extensive wine cellar. For dessert we suggest various fruits of the season, ice cream or our delicious puddings, followed by good coffee, which may be accompanied by a no less appreciated tract.
